Mossyrock Blueberry Festival

Each year the Mossyrock Blueberry Festival includes a wide selection entertainment on its stage. The entertainment extends from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon.

All concerts are outdoors on the Klickitat Prairie Park stage. They are free with festival admission.

Back Fire Band

Based in Lewis County, Washington, Backfire Band has been performing professionally since 2000. BACKFIRE plays a wide variety of high energy country music, classic rock, southern rock and even a few blues tunes. They focus on songs that are most popular in addition to a mixture of driving originals.

This year Steve and Kristi Nebel brought their country swing band, Cowgirl's Dream, to the (Northwest Folklife) festival. When Kristi crooned 'How lo-o-o-o-o-ng,' Bob Wills must've been happy up in heaven." Paul de Barros, Seattle Times May 26, 2013 Kristi, nominated by the Academy of Western Artists for best song of 2014 began the band with the production of her first solo CD, "Detour". The song, "Swingin' In Tucson", written by Joe Weihe, and Greg Scott is currently #1 on the Swingin' West radio show out of Seymour, Texas. "Detour" was included on the list of most played albums of 2014 on Jeff Corbin's "Back Country" radio show on KDHX out of St. Louis, MO. Kristi Nebel is currently among the five finalists in the Academy of Western Artists Will Rogers Female Artist of the Year Award for 2015.

Gospel Music
Phil and Christine Voelker and their family from the Mossyrock Assembly of God Church will sing gospel and will be followed by a sermon by Pastor Pastor Casey Halencik from the Mossyrock Community Churh in this non-denominational service.

Voted Lewis County's Best Musician/Band eight consecutive times by the Lewis County People's Choice Awards in the Chronicle, Chris Guenther has defined himself as a consistent Country and Americana entertainer and recording artist. He has shared the stage with nationally renowner acts including Merle Haggard and the Strangers, Mark Chesnutt, Darryl Worley, Lacy J. Dalton and The New Christy Minstrels building a strong legion of followers. His music has been well receive in regional markets and has gained attention among European radio audiences, charting numerous times in 2005-2006 on the European CMA. Chris' music relies heavily on his musical prowess, fiddle and lead guitar. Backed by his band of veteran and award winning musicians, the Honky Tonk Drifters, Chris Guenther and his band offer an engaging and entertaining musical experience.
