While at the Blueberry Festival, you may want to pick up some delicious and healthful blueberries. Or visit local farms in the Mossyrock, Washington any time during berry season. You will find the prices at Mossyrock farms are much more reasonable than in most stores.

Do you need some recipes to use your blueberries? Do you need help storing, freezing, or thawing them? Here are just a few web sites that will help.


Storing, freezing, thawing

Blueberries are available in season at the following farms:

Aldrich Berry Farm Nursery, Inc
  • Aldrich's farm was the first blueberry farm in the Mossyrock area.
  • Blueberries are available every day during the season, usually from early July to late August.
  • It is suggested that you call ahead for quantities of 100 pounds or more.
  • They also supply blueberry plants, conifer seedlings & transplants, landscape materials and Christmas trees.

  • Certified by WSDA Organic Food Program.
  • See their Facebook page for blueberry availability.
  • Open for U-pick Saturday & Sunday. Other arrangements can be made if you call ahead during the week.
  • Call ahead for orders.
  • They have Blue Crop berries, a medium large, disease resistant berry that is good for eating fresh, preserves, baking, and freezing.

Pan-American Berry Growers
  • Pan American Berry Growers has over 200 acres of blueberries and is the largest blueberry farm in Southwest Washington.
  • The Pan-American store is open for the general blueberry season of July & August.
  • In addition to blueberries, they have blackberries as well as many other related products.
  • Season, hours, and availability are subject to change. Please call ahead before making the trip!
